Essay

The object of study - the process of influence of corporate culture on the development of social and labor relations at the micro level. The purpose of research - a generalization of the theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of scientific and practical recommendations to strengthen corporate culture influence the development of social and labor relations. Research methods. We used methods: historical and logical, dialectical, Classification and Analysis, Economics and Mathematics, Sociology, expert assessments, graphical and analytical, qualimetric, build profiles of corporate culture, system methods. The scientific novelty of the thesis is determined the following results. Improved: structural and functional building corporate culture; scientific and methodical approach to the study of the state of corporate culture; Model intensify the impact of corporate culture on the development of social and labor relations; justification of the priority areas and objectives forming positive corporate culture in enterprises. Were further developed: interpretation of the socio-economic content category "corporate culture" from the standpoint of labor economics; description of the specific characteristics of corporate culture to the definition of its positive and negative aspects, the system measures the formation of progressive corporate culture and enhance its impact on the harmonization of industrial relations. The results of the research have found practical application in the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine, State Enterprise "National Power Company" Ukrenergo ", the Department of Social Welfare Kirovohrad regional state administration, Kirovohrad National Technical University.
