Essay

The thesis is devoted to development of conceptual positions and the corresponding complex of mathematical models of decision-making of business process management. The concept involves determining elements of decision-making, using of group decision making methods and models and their supporting by the group decision support system. The approaches for applying of the method of theory of fuzzy sets and PRIME-method for group decision making are offered. The complex of decision-making models of business process management is proposed, including logical-and-probabilistic models for quantitative risk assessment of business process reengineering, scenario models for assessment of reliability project reengineering, business process management models which are based on the theory of logical-and-probabilistic modeling, and the procedure for selecting tools of organizational design and business process modeling with using of the PRIME-method. The architecture and project solutions for GDSS's components are designed, mechanism of its interaction with the BPM system, ERP system and other enterprise's information systems is defined. A new component in the structure of GDSS - "storage solutions" is suggested, that allows us to store previously made decisions for analyze their realization and generate new decisions.
