Essay

The theoretical generalization of formation interpersonal interaction culture in future primary school teachers in extracurricular work is fulfilled in the thesis. Based on the specification of the content of key concepts the essence of the phenomenon of creating of interpersonal interaction culture in future primary school teachers in extracurricular work as multifolded, purposeful and controlled process of engagement of students in scientific, educational, academic extracurricular activity that provides acquisition of the system of knowledge and rules and regulations of interpersonal relationships; development of values and emotional ideas in order to harmonize relations with the subjects of cooperation; formation of communicative abilities and skills to implement it in their future careers ; the structure (cognitive, evaluative, behavioral, motivational components) and functions (training, informative, communicative, motivates, emotional, coordinative and emotive) culture of interpersonal interaction. Features of formation of future primary school teachers are outlined: the specific of extracurricular work in the school, the peculiarities of personality of a student in adolescence, the specific professional activity of primary school teacher are considered. The criteria and indicators of determining the levels of interpersonal interaction culture , namely cognitive and emotional with indicators – knowledge of principles, values of interaction of its types; concept of communication, its types and structure; knowledge about the nature, culture and features of interpersonal interaction, the psychological characteristics of children of primary school), with motivates and activity indicators – meaning, direction and stability reasons in common activities; motivation of interpersonal interaction; awareness of the need to respect the culture of everyday behavior; tendency to identify moral and ethical action in concert; implementation of regulations with generally accepted rules of behavior in interaction with others; activity in establishing of constructive cooperation; initiation and active position in the professional pedagogical communication; effective and regulatory criteria – ability to understand actual results of their actions and the ability to make adjustments in their behavior; a measure of self-regulation. Four levels of interpersonal interaction culture, passive, situational, active and constructive are described on the basis of certain criteria and their indicators. The model of formation of interpersonal interaction culture in future primary school teachers in extracurricular work, which includes an objective (goal, methodological approaches: subject-subject, professionally-activity, competence, acmeological, axiological, culturological; principles: volunteerism, initiativity, cooperation, creativity, humanistic orientation and emotionality; subjects), contents (elective course «Formation of interpersonal interaction culture in future primary school teachers», system of aimed and communicative tasks of research and practical training); technological (forms and methods, pedagogical conditions); effective (criteria, indicators, levels, result). Organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of interpersonal interaction culture in future primary school teachers in extracurricular work are proved and experimentally tested: the inspiration of future primary school teachers tendency to improve professional culture by means of systematic focus and extracurricular activities; improving the content of extracurricular work on creation of interpersonal interaction culture, creation of favorable extracurricular interactive environment; integration of management efforts of individuals in extracurricular work in forming of interpersonal interaction.
