In dissertation research theoretical generalization of the problem of teenagers' education as subjects of research activity in hobby-group work is carried out. On the basis of accurate definition of the research key concepts contents the essence of the phenomenon "teenagers' education as subjects of research activity" was defined as purposeful systematic influence upon consciousness, will, sense of pupils in group with the purpose of development in them cognitive motivation, research activity, intellectual abilities, analytical and critical thinking, reflection and self-examination propensity; forming of subject experience in interpretation and estimation of facts, phenomena, surrounding reality events. It was set that in the process of hobby-group work with the aim of teenagers' education it is worth taking into account such features: teen-age sensitivity; specific of searching-research activity organization; requirements to realization of hobby-group as form of extracurricular work; structure of teenagers' education as subjects of research activity. Criteria and indices of teenagers' education as subjects of research activity in hobby-group work were defined: motivational-valued - content, orientation and firmness of reasons in joint research activity, interest, necessity and aspiring for exposure of subjectedness, subjectedness as personal value recognition; cognitive-intellectual - attainments of methods for scientific cognition, essence and types of research activity, setting for gaining aim and getting of concrete result; practical-active - availability of research abilities, skills for realization of research work, its analysis, results correcting, initiativeness and active subject research position). Four levels of teenagers' education as subjects of research activity are characterized: initial, middle, sufficient and high. The model of teenagers' education as subjects of research activity which includes the blocks as follows: methodologically aimed: aim, methodological approaches, principles, subjects; contently processual: programs of hobby-groups "Young Aquarians", "Decorative aquarium", educational-methodologic providing of groups activity, form and methods; control-effective: criteria, indices, levels, results, pedagogical terms was worked out and approved. It was proven that approbation of the worked out model promoted gradual transformation of teenagers' education subjectedness mechanism from the state of external management from the side of hobby-group teacher into the internal process of self-development for self-perfection, reflection, for which research activity of hobby-group got the signs of internal motivation and self-management. Pedagogical terms of teenagers' education as subjects of research activity in hobby-group work: positive motivation for research activity and forming of stable requirement for teenagers' self-development, self-perfection and self-actualization; providing research and educational orientation of hobby-groups activity content; forming of skills for research activity by application of interactive methods and forms; subject-subject co-operation of the hobby-group teacher and teenagers in process of the hobby-group work.
