Object of study: the development of work-related issues on the principles of social responsibility. Objective: improvement of scientific and methodological basis and development of practical recommendations for the scope of work based on social responsibility. Methods: theoretical generalization, comparison, analysis and synthesis, abstract and logical, dialectical, observation, clustering, general indicators, economic and mathematical modeling, forecasting, sociological and expert surveys. Scientific novelty: for the first time proposed a hierarchical model of integral index of labor issues on the principles of social responsibility; improved concepts and categories of the social responsibility by clarifying the content of the concept of "social responsibility", a conceptual model of labor issues on the principles of social responsibility, methodological approaches to the formation of information system performance; got further development of theoretical and methodological approaches to research problems of labor issues on the principles of social responsibility, systematization of factors affecting the dynamics of the labor sector, proposals to build effective directions of state policy for strengthening social responsibility in the development of work-related organizational and management services of labor areas.
