Essay

The thesis deals with the further development of theoretical, methodological and systematic approaches to modeling of optimal dynamics of eco-economic systems and the related processes of economy ecologization. Models of construction of optimal trajectories of industrial eco-economic systems were built based on the dynamic interindustry eco-economic balance and the variation principle, which allow to determine optimal trajectories and the corresponding optimal production structure in an the given initial and final points. The output-maximizing models of disaggregated and aggregated final eco-economic production were constructed alongside with the optimization models of eco-economic dynamics in the case of scarce economic and environmental resources which factor in the state of dynamic eco-economic balance, inseparable output of the primary and supplementary production, "irreversibility" of investments in primary and supplementary production and which use the maximization of total (integral) income from the finished product in the target time period as the criterion for the optimal functioning of eco-economic systems.
