Tokar Y. Organizational-economic mechanism of regulation of depressed labor markets

Object of study: depressed labor markets and forming processes of organizational and economic mechanism of regulation. Objective: analysis and identify of critical issues, trends and priorities of regional policy regulating social and labor relations in the depressed labor markets and on that basis developing of organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring of effective employment of population. Methods: generalization and scientific abstraction, monographic, systemic and structural, statistical and economic analysis, graphing, statistical groupings. The novelty: for the first time conceptual bases of formation the mechanism of regulation of depressed labor markets, including its system characteristics, component structure, institutional infrastructure, principles of functioning, performance of depression, levers and methods of regulation that implement on the policy of active labor market realization that allows to carry out targeted, spot rehabilitation of the studied markets with accounting the specific conditions of their functioning, improved nature of the term "local depressed labor markets", scientific and methodological approaches to the typology of depressed labor markets, tools in organizational and economic mechanism of depressed labor markets regulation. Scope of application: in the activities of the Transcarpathian Regional Center for Socio-Economic and Humanities Research NAS of Ukraine for developing of financial and credit levers to stimulate the development of new types of business entity, Transcarpathian Regional Employment Center for developing of proposals on employment programs in Transcarpathian region for the future, Mukachevo District State Administration for developing of the Program of socio-economic development of the region, in educational process of the Mukachevo State University in teaching of disciplines "Regional economics", "Productive forces allocation", "State regulation of economy".
