Skliar I. Sanitary evaluation and quality of cow's milk when using ОАМ to treat skin of udder and milking equipment

The thesis presents the results of the investigation the possibility to use ozone and air mixture (OAM) for disinfection of skin of cow's udder and parlous to produce high quality and safe milk has been proved. It has been proved that the use of ozone and air mixture has a positive effect on the state of the microclimate of livestock buildings by reducing the content of harmful gases in the air and total bacterial contamination of the air. Disinfection treatment of the rubber of milking cups by OAM reduces the number of cows in the herd having subclinical mastitis by 14.5 %. According to the results of the determination of the economic efficiency of use of the developed method of disinfection treatment of cow's udder skin with the use of OAM increases the relative content of high quality milk and increases its profitability from 13.1 to 23.4 %.
