Kulyk O. Quality management of educational services of secondary schools on the basis of information technologies

The aspects of theoretical generalization and clarifications of management problems with the quality of educational services for secondary schools based on information technology are illuminated. The condition of investigation in scientific sources clarified the content of the basic definitions of research. Theoretically grounded and experimentally tested models of quality management of educational services for secondary schools on the basis of information technologies which are guidelines for its implementation are shown in this manuscript. The technology and terms of implementation of the models of quality management of educational services for secondary schools which are based on information technology are researched in this work. The research has theoretically substantiated, developed and experimentally tested the quality management model for providing educational services by GEI on the basis of IT. The conditions for using the model of quality management of providing educational services by GEI on the basis of IT have been described. Essential features of these conditions have been revealed, namely; the conditions of implementation of a model mean a set of objects, processes, relations, necessary for the formation, existence and implementation of the update of the specified object. The technology of implementation of the quality management model for the provision of educational services by GEI on the basis of information technologies, defined as a program of actions, of a systemic character, requires methodological support and ensures the achievement of a positive result, have been worked out and described.
