Essay

The research of theoretical fundamentals had been conducted and the analysis of modern approaches to the education of the aesthetic culture of future choreographers in extracurricular activity of the university had been made. The analysis of the formation and development of domestic and foreign philosophic, cultural and pedagogical theories concerning the essence of such categories as «culture», «aesthetics», «aesthetic culture» had been made. The essence and structure of the concept «aesthetic culture of future choreographers» is scientifically grounded. The content structure of aesthetic culture in the unity of cognitive, emotional and value, aesthetic and activity components had been revealed. The potential of extracurricular activity of the university in the aesthetic culture education of future choreographers had been explained. It also was revealed as a system that combines the purpose, content, functions, methods, organizational and pedagogical formss aimed at the development of activity, self- activity, aesthetic culture, tolerance, interaction of students on the principles of cooperation and co-creation. It was proved that the period of study at the university is optimal for the development of the value-semantic structures of the student's consciousness and is characterized as the final stage of preparation for entry into independent professional activity. Criteria (cognitive, emotional and value, aesthetic and activity), indices (completeness, depth of comprehension, strength of knowledge on the aesthetic culture of the person, mechanisms of its manifestation and awareness of the necessity of its identification in everyday life had been grounded; possession of a system of knowledge on the aesthetic properties of personality; value attitude to art, nature, reality, oneself, developed aesthetic feelings, emotional self-regulation; deliberately regulated activity, behavior on the basis of aesthetically significant norms, ability to perform an aesthetic assessment in the form of an expanded assessment of works of art, natural objects; mastering of aesthetic skills) and determined levels (high, sufficient, initial) of aesthetic culture education of future choreographers. The methodology of the aesthetic culture education of future choreographers in the extracurricular activity of the university had been theoretically grounded, developed and practically tested. It is revealed as a set of the following interrelated elements: social order, purpose, content, principles, approaches, methods, forms, means, result, as well as pedagogical conditions of its realization. It includes blocks (definition of the target component, procedural and appraisal) and structural components (targeted, content, technological, productive) and built in accordance with the logic and structure of the university's extracurricular activity. It was proved that successful education of aesthetic culture is possible in terms of providing the following pedagogical conditions into the educational process: professing the value of aesthetization of the university environment; formation the educational environment in the student group that activates the assimilation of aesthetic skills by future choreographers; development and implementation of content and organizational and methodological support of extracurricular activity of future choreographers; development of technology of aesthetic culture education in teachers and curators through purposeful theoretical and methodical preparation, scientific and methodological support of the educational process.
