Essay

The dissertation is aimed at highlighting the formation and formation of leading areas of theory and technology of general education institutions as a structural component of the methodology of the national scientific management school, which was launched in the second half of the twentieth century and intensively develops from the first years of state independence of Ukraine to our time. On the basis of the systematic analysis of the represented quantity (about 90 %) of dissertation papers on other primary sources, it was established that the leading areas of scientific research in the 1950–1980s were the scientific substantiation of the best experience of the guidance of the NEC, mainly in the forms of control and organization of pedagogical and student groups. The exceptions were V. Sukhomlynsky's scientific works, in which, along with the practical direction, considerable attention was paid to the humanistic and democratic aspects of school management activity. In the last quarter of the twentieth century (1970–1980 s), the theoretical foundations of the national scientific school of general educational institutions were laid, which was based on the theoretical basis of world-famous classical works by P. Drucker, G. Emerson, F. Taylor, A. Fayole, G. Ford and others, as well as scholars of the Soviet era, V. Afanasyev, D. Gvishiani, G. Popov, and others like that. Despite the domination of the then administrative-command system of state leadership, the first germs and attempts to research certain aspects of school management (E. Bereznyak, B. Kobzar, etc.), the scientific organization of labor (M. Cherpinsky), psychology of leadership the school (R. Shakurov), the management of didactic processes (V. Bondar), but the main areas of scientific research remained problems general administrative-pedagogical leadership of the school and some functional areas of its activities. In the first decade of independence of Ukraine is much more active research different areas of the CEI on the basis of a systematic approach, increased attention to specific ways of democratic governance teaching staff and other departments of the school, the emergence of new types of schools, their profile diversity, striving for competitiveness in the field of education services that led to the necessity of directing scientific research from attempts to substantiate the theoretical substantiation of the accumulated practically experience of leadership to GEI-depth analysis of management activities on the basis of synergetic methodology, competence, cyberspace, information, and other advanced adaptive approach their theoretical positions and aspects. The development of national scientific school management secondary schools in the first decade of the XXI century is characterized by the further development and deepening of research aforementioned problems of school management and increased attention to the problem of monitoring the quality and efficiency of management, practical methods and current modeling school activities; management of innovative processes; technologies of information provision of school management using ICT; increase of managerial competence, etc. Between 2000–2010 biennium. For solving the problems of scientific management, domestic scientists 6 degrees awarded Doctor of Pedagogy and 150 degrees Ph.D., indicating a significant increase in the theoretical and practical achievements of domestic science school management. In the second decade of the twenty-first century continues the intensive development of Ukrainian scientific school of management in which the special place occupied by the labor of scientists O. Adamenko, V. Cooper, L. Danilenko, G. Dmytrenko, L. Vashchenko G. Yelnykovoyi, L. Kalinina, L Karamushki, M. Kirichenko, N. Klokar, V. Maslov, V. Oliynyk, I. Prokopenko, A. Prokopenko, Z. Ryabova, T. Sorochan, G. Timoshko, E. Khrykova and others. There is a consistent trend towards the formation of regional schools of scientific management: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lugansk and others, which is evidence of significant creative potential of Ukrainian scientists. However, the study emphasizes the need to pay special attention to deepening theoretical, technological and philosophical aspects of research methodology, psychology, financial and economic activity, historiography and international management experience secondary schools. Research results can be used by scientists, post-graduate students, doctoral students, masters and university students who are engaged in studying the problems of managing secondary schools, as well as teachers and methodologists of the system of postgraduate pedagogi
