The following are the indicators of activity-based and practical criterion: practical experience in implementing various kinds of charity activities, the ability to overcome difficulties, the striving to achieve positive results, the ability to take independent decisions and be responsible for them and the ability to reveal labour activity. The levels of development of the problem under study are high, medium and low.
