In the paper presents an interpretation of concepts: "students' spiritual culture", "spiritual culture education for university students", "students' musical-aesthetic activities". The criteria, markers and levels of spiritual culture education for university students in the process of music-aesthetic activity have been defined. The essence,structure and main peculiarities of music-aesthetic activity of university students, which defines its educational content, have been outlined. The pedagogical conditions of spiritual culture education for university students in the process of music-aesthetic activity have been defined: abidance by the heterogeneity principle in realization of spiritual culture education tasks in the process of music-aesthetic activity; combination of axiological and individually-oriented approaches in the process of music-aesthetic activity events organization; strengthening of music-theoretical and music-educational aspects of music-aesthetic activity in the process of students spiritual culture education; creation of spiritual-cultural "involvement" in the process of music-aesthetic activity; providing of spiritually and culturally rich educational environment at university. These practical materials in the context of spiritual culture education for university students tested.
