Dudko S. The motivation of professional development of the personnel of enterprises the stage of European integration of Ukraine

The object of the research is the processes of motivation of professional development of the personnel of enterprises in the conditions of the movement of Ukraine in the direction of integration with the EU. The dissertation is devoted to the generalization of scientific and methodical principles and the development of scientific and practical recommendations on motivation of professional development of the personnel of enterprises at the stage of European integration of Ukraine. The essence of professional development of the personnel is revealed. An in-depth description of the motivation of professional development of personnel, its tools, mechanism, methods and technologies are defined. A comprehensive assessment of the trends and peculiarities of motivation of professional development of personnel in Ukraine and in the EU at various economic levels has been carried out. The methodical tools for assessing staff, the status of professional development of employees, and the effectiveness of motivation have been improved. Structural-functional model of the mechanism of motivation of professional development of the personnel of enterprises adapted to the tasks of European integration with the EU is developed. The directions of improvement of the motivational provision of professional development of personnel and methods of diagnostics of its efficiency are offered. The proposals on raising the responsibility of social partners for the state of professional development are substantiated. The results of the dissertation research were adopted by the Department of Social Protection of the Kirovohrad Oblast State Administration, the Kirovohrad Oblast Organization of the Union of Workers of Education and Science of Ukraine, LLC Avtogaz-OIL, and the Central Ukrainian National Technical University.
