Object of research: processes of firm's competitiveness in the labor market. Goal: further development of theoretical positions, methodological approaches and development of practical recommendations for the implementation of economic and managerial mechanisms of increasing the competitiveness of the firm in the labor market. Methods: theoretical synthesis, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, morphological analysis, historical-logical analysis, structural-logical analysis, statistical analysis, grouping, graphic. Novelty: for the first time a model of economic and managerial mechanisms for increasing the competitiveness of modern firms in the labor market has been developed; the scientific and methodological approach to the economic-managerial mechanisms of increasing the company's competitiveness in the labor market, the categorical apparatus of the relations on the labor market and the category "the relationship between employer and employee", scientific and methodical approach to the application of modern managerial tools as a factor of increasing the firm's competitiveness in the labor market, methodical approach to the assessment and measurement of the firm's competitiveness in the labor market has been improved. Scope of use: in the activities of the "CE Bordnetse-Ukraine" Ltd; PJSC "Bank of Lviv"; Ternopil city council in the process of preparation of recommendations to the leaders of the enterprises of the city of Ternopil, in the educational process of the Lviv educational-scientific institute of the School of Economics and Business Administration of the "University of Banking" at the teaching of the disciplines "Labor market", "Management" and "Psychology in management".
