Maklakov S. Socio-economic motivation of enterprise personnel in conditions of innovative changes in economy.

The object of the research is the processes of socio-economic motivation of the personnel of enterprises. The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological principles of the socio-economic motivation research of enterprise personnel in the conditions of innovative changes in economy and the formulation of practical recommendations for improv the motivational mechanism for creating favorable conditions for effective work with signs of innovation. The evolution of motivational theories in the conditions of innovation changes in economy was explored. The essence and specific tasks of socio-economic motivation of the personnel was determined. The methodical approaches to the evaluation and regulation of the motivation state of personnel for effective work and self-development were revealed. The preconditions and obstacles of effective socio-economic motivation of enterprise personnel in Ukraine were estimated. The content and model of the socio-economic motivation mechanism of enterprise personnel in the conditions of innovative changes, which reveals the purposefulness of the mechanism's action to increase the personnel's work and innovation activity by means of motivation, was proposed. The technologies of introduction of social lift in the motivational system of enterprises were found out. The priorities of improvement of socio-economic motivation of enterprise personnel of on the basis of work shadowing were substantiated. The results of the dissertation research were adopted by the Department of Regional Development of Cherkasy Oblast State Administration, the Federation of Trade Unions of Cherkasy Oblast, the Providna Insurance Company, the primary trade union organization of PJSC "Azot", LLC "MAIS", Central Ukrainian National Technical University.
