Levandovska N. Compensation mechanism for increasing the efficiency of personnel of enterprises for the production of building materials.

The object of the study is the processes of functioning of the compensation mechanism for improving the efficiency of the personnel of the enterprises for the production of building materials. In the dissertation work the theoretical positions are generalized and practical recommendations for the use and improvement of the compensation mechanism of increasing the efficiency of labor of personnel of enterprises for the production of construction materials are developed. The essence of the concept "efficiency of work of the personnel" in the conditions of innovative transformations of economy is explored. The conceptual foundations of functioning of compensation mechanism of increase of work efficiency of the personnel are revealed. The features of the use of compensation mechanism for increasing the efficiency of labor of production enterprises personnel are determined. The estimation of the effect of the compensation mechanism on the labor productivity of the personnel of the enterprises on the production of building materials on the macro-meso- and microeconomic operating levels was carried out. The directions of improvement of the compensation mechanism of increasing the efficiency of labor of personnel of enterprises for the production of building materials at all levels of the national economy are determined. The suggestions on modernization of tools of the instrumental support for the functioning of the compensation mechanism for increasing the efficiency of personnel of the enterprises for the production of building materials are substantiated. The results of the dissertation research were adopted prior to the introduction of the Seventh Continent Company, the Department of Infrastructure and Industry of the Kirovograd Regional State Administration, the private joint-stock company "Metallit", and the Central Ukrainian National Technical University.
