In the dissertation research the problems of work in pedagogical colleges of motivation to musical activity were actualized. The state studied the problems and established that performing contemporary music teachers needed to stimulate individual personalities, which could be achieved at the highest speed, delayed in the tricolor musical and pedagogical issues. You are looking for an in-house need, and this is the most diverse motivation for musical activities. The substantiation of theoretical and methodological methods is carried out during the drying and changing of the motivation in teaching activities, which extends the concept of "motivation" and "motive," and believes that the classification of motives may be lost, but perhaps there is also the possibility of development, and perhaps it is possible to believe that this may also be possibly a real worker motive that deals with the representation in his office, the former representative. Outbound motivation is a psycho-physiological process that manages human behavior, provides support, activity, activity and livelihoods. In addition, a person can really meet their needs. It is proved that using educational activity a system of mental real reproductive and productive characteristics is created that is self-regulated and self-organized by a person. Any activity, and in this case, increases, reveals the actions of certain incentives, which leave the inducing strong educational activity of students. Such stimulating factors are used, using, transforming value recommendations, using ideally, using the motivation of use. Along with the abilities known, and navigational, which achieve the success of the stated activities, motivation must also include the emotional and valuable stage, the desired interest and success of the future teacher to pedagogical work; It is necessary to actively influence the moral-emotional, intelleactual and volitional activities of students. The effectiveness of the proposed organizational and pedagogical staff, methods and creative tasks aimed at motivating the musical activity is confirmed experimentally. Published statistically reliable dynamic indicators have their own strengths, and also suggest moving low-level motivation to high altitude.
