Essay

Object of study: the processes of formation of personnel potential of the financial sector of the region's economy. Purpose: substantiation of theoretical and methodological provisions and development of practical recommendations on the formation of personnel potential of the financial sector of the region's economy. Methods: theoretical generalization and systematization, comparison, system analysis, graphical interpretation, statistical analysis, formalization and economic and mathematical modeling. Novelty: for the first time the integral index of determination of personnel potential of financial sector of economy of Lviv region and aggregated indices reflecting dynamics of factors of determination of personnel potential are calculated; the theoretical and methodological principles of building the process of formation of personnel potential of the financial sector of the regional economy based on the developed algorithm of participation of the main institutional elements of such process, scientific and methodological approaches to determining the stages of formation of professional competencies of employees of the financial sector, the classification of the factors of the economic factor formation into two categories: which affect the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the potential (economic, demographic factors, trust in financial institutions), and that impact only on qualitative characteristics are improved. Scope of application: in the activities of the Lviv Regional Council in the preparation of the Educational Development Program of the Lviv region for 2017-2020; Lviv Regional Directorate of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, for improving the organization of internal training and self-development of personnel, in the educational process of the Lviv University of Banking Institute of Education at the teaching of disciplines "Labor Statistics", "Enterprise Economics", "Enterprise Economics".abor market", "Management" and "Psychology in management".
