Essay

In the dissertation the theoretical and methodological generalization is made and the solutions for the scientific problems of human resources management through formation and development of the competent component on the example of banking institutions are offered. The role and place of human resources in ensuring sustainable economic development of the banking system are investigated. The specific features of the competence component in human resource management are identified. Institutional principles of formation, using and effective integration of existing human resources with strategic goals of the organization are revealed. Methodical bases for building the human resources management competency model for the banking system are systematized. The analysis of the organizational structure of the commercial bank in the context of competencies model building is made. The general content of the competency model is offered, the behavioral indicators for each competency of early, middle, senior and higher executive levels of managerial responsibility are substantiated. Methodical approaches for assessing the competency component of human resources are investigated and generalized.
