Essay

In the dissertation work the results of the experimental complex study of cardioprotective properties of the derivative 4-oxo (amino) quinazoline (PК-66 compounds), in acute cardiac ischemia are presented. The study screened cardioprotective properties of new derivatives of 4-oxo (amino-) quinazoline on models of acute myocardial ischemia, the "structure-effect" dependency was established and the most active PК-66 compound was found to be suitable for further study. The evaluation of the therapeutic effect of the most effective compounds with their course introduction in acute cardiac ischemia (according to the dynamics of electrocardiographic changes, indicators of mortality and physical endurance) was found. The PК-66 leader compound was identified for in-depth study of its cardioprotective properties. An experimental study on the polyfactory cardioprotective properties of the PK-66 compound is the basis for further study of this substance. The results obtained by us testify to the existence of the polifactoric effect of the PK-66 compound on the main components of the pathogenesis of AMI, which are verified using different models of myocardial ischemia. Polifactoric effect of the compound PK-66 is substantiated at the level of hemodynamics, electrocardiographic morphological and biochemical changes. The presence of polyfactory cardioprotective properties in PК-66 compounds demonstrates the promising use of it for the purpose of cardioprotection at various pathological conditions.
