Koziychuk O. Management of vocational guidance work with students in the educational institutions of the region

The dissertation research is dedicated to solving the problem of theoretical and methodical basics of the students vocational guidance. The mentioned investigation deals with the problem concerning the application of management in the vocational guidance work with students in the educational institutions of the region. The contents and methodology of the vocational guidance of the students were developed. The main criteria dealing with theoretical level are the follow: cognitive, motivation, leaders’ available skills and abilities. The methodical level concerned purposefulness, situation, organization significance, technological rationality.The author emphasizes the practical importance of management and teaching teams, which is aimed to implement various directions of the network interaction. Representatives of the management and pedagogical team are the key figures for the implementation of managerial functions of the model.
