The dissertation analyzes the conditions of keeping wild ungulates (red deer and fallow deer) in aviaries, provides a sanitary and hygienic assessment of water supply sources and soils at the stage of creating an aviary complex. The mineral supply of wild ungulates in the conditions of aviary keeping is investigated. Improper supply of animals with protein and minerals has been established. It is established that double use of the drug «Epides-gel antiparasitic» during the year to animals on the background of the adjusted diet leads to an increase in trophy qualities of horns, starting from the first season by 7,6 and 6,9 %, respectively, and the use of this scheme for 3 seasons allows to improve the trophy quality of the horns of both species of animals by 14,7 and 14,4 % and meat by increasing the mass fraction of protein, fat, ash and trace elements: zinc, copper, iron, manganese, cobalt and selenium. In wild ungulates, the presence of 15 species of endoparasites and 39 species of acarids was established, with helminth infestation ranging (from the extent of invasion) from 20 to 100 %, and ectoparasites – up to 78 %. The use of the drug «Epides-gel antiparasitic» in animals led to a decrease in the average number of larvae of nematodes in 1 g of feces: from the 14th day of the experiment, it gained a probable decrease – by 57,5 and 42,9 %, respectively, and remained so until the end of the experiment. in particular, on the 21st and 28th day, the decrease was 78,9 and 78,7 % and 82,4 and 76,7 %, respectively, relative to the beginning of the experiment. During the desaccharification of wild ungulates using «carding posts» drug «Akarotak D.V.» (emulsion of tar water and 0,025 % amitraz) for 4 hours there was a high effect: the coefficient of protective effect (CPD) averaged 73,4 %, after a day the deterrent effect of the drug began to gradually weaken (CPD was 68,9 %, after 3 days of CPD was at the level of 52,9 %, and on the 7th – 23,4 % (16,0–38,7 %), which contributed to the need to treat animals under conditions of intensive invasion by acarids at least once every 7 days. The amount of investment for the operation of the aviary complex for wild ungulates and the cost-effectiveness of modern veterinary drugs are calculated. Based on the obtained data, the technology of organization and functioning of the aviary complex for keeping red deer and fallow deer was improved by introducing a deworming scheme of wild ungulates, which includes the use of baits with gel form of fenbendazole «Epides-gel antiparasitic», twice a year) along with disinvasion. soils in the places of top-dressing with the drug «Epidez» (0,1–0,3 % aqueous solutions in the amount of 250–300 cm3/m2) and the method of therapeutic and prophylactic desaccharification of ungulates, which includes the application of the drug «Akarotak D.V.» (emulsion of tar water and 0,025 % amitraz) using «carding posts» at least once every 7 days along with desaccharification of equipment in feeding areas in the absence of animals with the drug «Akarotak E» at the rate of 10 dm3 solution per 1000 m2.
