The scientific novelty of the research results is that for the first time the pedagogical conditions of forming a responsible attitude to the future profession of pedagogical university students (purposeful positive motivation for self-education, achievement of socially significant results of work and self-realization; improvement of content, application of innovative forms and methods of classroom educational work, gaining experience in planning and organizing professional activities and mobile decision-making in pedagogical situations); criteria (motivational-volitional, cognitive, behavioral-reflective) and levels (passive, situational, mobile) of formation of a responsible attitude to the future profession among students of pedagogical universities are determined. The essence of the concepts: «responsible attitude to the future profession of students of pedagogical universities», «formation of a responsible attitude to the future profession of students of pedagogical universities».
The implementation of the first pedagogical condition (purposeful positive motivation for self-education, achievement of socially significant results of work and self-realization) is aimed at stimulating the education of students of pedagogical universities responsible attitude to the future profession. This was ensured by carrying out explanatory and diagnostic work with future teachers on their professional responsibilities and requirements for the teaching profession, regulated by current legislation of Ukraine. This work focused students of pedagogical universities on the awareness of causal relationships on the principle: «duty / rule → non-compliance / violation → problem / punishment» The methods of such educational work at the stage of explanation were selected: individual, group and mass conversations, lectures, demonstrations with the use of video presentations (video stories) of practical examples of responsible attitude of experienced teachers to the profession, as well as debates, movies reading conferences, Implementation of the second pedagogical condition for the formation of a responsible attitude to the future profession of students of pedagogical universities - improving the content, application of innovative forms and methods of classroom and extracurricular educational work was ensured by: a) deepening the content of disciplines attitude to the future profession of a teacher; requirements for professional activity, for the performance of professional duties, recorded in the standard job descriptions of teachers of general secondary education; awareness of the essence of the concept of «responsible attitude to the future profession of teacher»; b) functioning of student groups «School of organizer of educational space» and club «Pedagogical volunteering» with the use of innovative forms and methods of classroom and extracurricular educational work, in the process of which provided full information on the list and compliance with future job responsibilities of teachers.
The implementation of the third pedagogical condition of forming a responsible attitude to the future profession of students of pedagogical universities – gaining experience in planning and organizing professional activities and mobile decision-making in pedagogical situations – was carried out in the context of the previous two pedagogical conditions. This condition conceptually provided for the prevention of students of pedagogical universities a state of fear of action and the end result, as well as the functioning: a) student self-government, aimed at organizing various educational activities for the purpose of various implementation of students' responsible assignments, the use of modern methods of self-education of future teachers on a reflective basis; b) application of interactive forms and methods in classroom / extracurricular educational work; c) organization of managerial interaction between the organizers in the pedagogical university of practice of different levels and educational institutions in order to monitor the formation of a responsible attitude to the future profession of students; d) training in technologies for planning and organizing their activities and mobile decision-making in pedagogical situations in order to prevent fear of professional action and the end result (first of all, actions based on regulatory awareness of professional pedagogical activities according to the scheme: «situation → decision-making in accordance with current legislation → consequence») (first of all, actions on the basis of normative-legal awareness of professional and pedagogical activity according to the scheme: «situation → decision-making in accordance with current legislation → consequence»).
