In our dissertation the complex research of student's youth readiness formation for interpersonal communication in the multicultural environment of the pedagogical university is presented. The problems of student's youth readiness formation for interpersonal communication in the multicultural environment of the pedagogical university in modern scientific discourse are analyzed. The identified constructive ideas of the analyzed experience are recommended for implementation in higher education institution of pedagogical profile. In the course of research, the main tendencies in the development of the future specialists multicultural training, as well as the globalization of the cultural and educational process, openness to other cultures, the formation of multi-identical personality, the understanding of modern educational process multicultural perspectives. In the dissertation, the features of the student youth readiness formation for interpersonal communication in the multicultural environment of the pedagogical university are scientifically substantiated. The structural components, criteria, indicators are determined and the levels of student youth readiness for interpersonal communication in the multicultural environment of the pedagogical university are determined. The organizational and pedagogical model of the readiness formation for interpersonal communication among students in the multicultural environment of the pedagogical university has been substantiated. It consists of three interconnected blocks: target (goal, scientific approaches, principles), technological (stages, pedagogical technologies, forms, methods, pedagogical conditions) and diagnostic and corrective (components, criteria, levels, result), each of which characterizes a certain stage of our problem research process and is represented by a set of interacting elements. The main pedagogical conditions for the formation of interpersonal relations among students in the multicultural environment of a pedagogical university: organization of the pedagogical process, taking into account the experience and the value of students orientations, the educational process humanization directed to fostering a humane attitude towards a person in students, the organization of collective educational, socially useful activities. The conditions for the formation of interpersonal communication among student youth are components of the model of readiness for the indicated process. In our work we have identified structural components (rational, axiological, effective, reflexive), criteria and indicators: motivational-necessary (the development of motives for mastering knowledge and skills of multicultural interaction, the necessity in their continuous improvement); emotional and valuable (manifestation of a positive valuable attitude to other cultures and their carriers, the feeling of positive emotions from the communication with other socio-cultural communities representatives); cognitive-functional (formation of knowledge on the essence of culture, different peoples cultural features, rules and norms of communication, as well as skills necessary for interpersonal interaction: intellectual, organizational, communicative, reflexive); personal (the formation of personal qualities necessary for the interpersonal communication implementation: empathy, tolerance, friendliness). The dissertation contains a complex diagnostic method for determining the level of student youth readiness for interpersonal interaction in a multicultural environment of the Pedagogical University. Appropriate diagnostic tools were selected for each defined criteria, with the help of which changes in the level of student youth readiness for interpersonal interaction in the multicultural environment of the pedagogical university were recorded. The analysis of the experimental study results confirms the effectiveness of a grounded model of readiness formation for interpersonal communication among students in the multicultural environment of a pedagogical university.
