Pominchuk S. Development of professional orientation in the labor market regulation system

The object of research is the process of development of professional orientation in the system of labor market regulation. The purpose of the dissertation is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of vocational guidance and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for its improvement in the system of labor market regulation. Research methods: dialectical method, abstract-logical, synthesis, comparison, systematization, economic-statistical, system analysis, sociological analysis and expert survey, economic-mathematical modeling. Theoretical results: are to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop scientific and practical recommendations for improving the professional orientation of the population in the system of labor market regulation. Practical results: are that the main provisions set out in the dissertation will contribute to the formation of a unified system of vocational guidance in the public employment service, as well as optimizing the process of vocational guidance in accordance with the needs of regional enterprises by type of economic activity. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the structural-logical scheme of modeling of development of system of professional orientation depending on changes of a conjuncture of the labor market is developed; improved: conceptual and categorical apparatus of labor market research through the provision of author's definitions of the concepts "labor market", "institute of professional orientation of the population", "professional orientation of the population"; theoretical bases of professional orientation of the population, namely: the conceptual model of professional orientation of the population during a life is developed; organizational and economic mechanism of professional orientation of student youth in the system of labor market regulation; received further development: theoretical and applied principles of regionally centered approach to professional orientation of student youth; organizational and economic principles of professional orientation development in the system of labor market regulation, in particular, a conceptual model of professional orientation of the population in the system of introduction of the dual form of education has been developed. Degree of implementation: the results of the research are implemented in the practice of Pechersk District Branch of Kyiv City Employment Center, Novobuzhsky District State Administration of Mykolayiv region, department of education, youth and sports of Novobuzhsky District State Administration, Novobuzhsky District Employment Center of Mykolayiv Regional Employment Center, Novobuzhska Secondary School of I-III degrees № 1, Novobuzhska Gymnasium - a Secondary School of II-III degrees, as well as in the educational process of the Institute of Personnel Training of the State Employment Service (Kyiv).
