Essay

The object of research is the process of regulating the social development of labor potential in terms of innovative transformations. The dissertation is devoted to the generalization of theoretical and methodical bases and substantiation of scientific and practical recommendations on improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of social development of labor potential of Ukraine in the conditions of innovative transformations. Theoretical approaches to understanding the essence of the category "labor potential" and features of its social development taking into account innovative changes are investigated. The classification of factors of social development of labor potential is developed. The process of functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of social development of labor potential is characterized. A comparative analysis of the social development of labor potential was conducted at the international and national levels. The clustering of regions of Ukraine according to the level of social development of labor potential by groups of indicators is developed. Strategic directions and alternatives of social development of labor potential in the conditions of innovative transformations are offered and the priority of realization of the alternative of "sustainable social development" is substantiated. The directions of improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of social development of labor potential on innovative bases are revealed. Methodical tools for monitoring the social development of labor potential by levels of regulation, a system of monitoring indicators and means of its implementation have been developed. The results of the dissertation research were accepted for implementation by the Department of Economic Development and Trade of Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, Department of Education and Science of Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, Public Council at Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, TACT 2011 Limited Liability Company, Central Ukrainian National Technical University.
