Essay

The object of research is the processes of labor efficiency management at machine-building enterprises. The thesis is devoted to extending of theoretical and methodical concepts and development of scientific recommendations on improvement of the mechanism of management of labour efficiency in the conditions of innovation-oriented development of machine-building enterprises. The author's approach to understanding the essence of the concept of "labor efficiency" and "labor efficiency management" is substantiated. The indicators of labor efficiency evaluation are formed and classified, the factors influencing labor efficiency are determined and the organizational principles of labor efficiency management in modern conditions of innovation-oriented development of machine-building enterprises are clarified. The assessment of labour efficiency indicators at macro- and mesoeconomic levels in Ukraine is revealed. The regularities of the influence of innovation development indicators on labour efficiency at the national and regional levels, and the EU countries have been found out; the effectiveness of labour efficiency management at machine-building enterprises in modern conditions was assessed. A model for determining the rating of influential factors on labour efficiency indicators based on the results of testing which established the level of influence of the factors on labour efficiency was worked out. Based on the built rating of factors influencing labour efficiency, the available reserves for improving labour efficiency at machine-building enterprises in terms of their innovation-oriented development were identified, and the recommendations for their development were worked out. The concept of formation of a complex mechanism of labour efficiency management in the conditions of innovation-oriented development of machine-building enterprises which realization is directed to maintenance of achievement of rational use of human capital in the course of labour activity is shown. The results of the dissertation research were accepted for implementation by PJSC Research and Production Enterprise "Radium", PJSC "Hydrosila LEDA", Main Department of Statistics in Kirovohrad region, Department of Social Protection of Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, Central Ukrainian National Technical University.
