Об'єкт дослідження: Vistar Rats, blood, liver, kidneys. Мета дослідження: To investigate pharmacological effectiveness of aktoprotectors, antioxidants and antihypoxants under cruch syndrome. Методи дослідження та апаратура: pharmacological, hystological, morphological, statistical. Devices which were used: spectrophotometr, avtoanalisator, light and electron mycroscope, personal computer. Теоретичні результати та новизна: Aktoprotectors, antioxidants and antihypoxants can normaliz morphofunctional condition of liver and kidneys under crush syndrome. Практичні результати та їх новизна: It was opened morphofunctional mechanisms of pathologic changes by crush syndrome and it has researched effectiveness of modern preparatins.Ступінь впровадження: Reports at congresses and conferences, usage in the process of teaching and recearch.
