Object of research: processes of preparation, acceptance and realization of administrative decisions on an industrial enterprise. Purpose of research: research, ground and development of theoretic-methodological bases and conceptual positions of design of situation mechanism of deci-sion-making administrative on an enterprise, and also development of scientifically-practical and methodical facilities of his practical realiza-tion. Methods of research: management by the economic systems, decision-making theory, economic-mathematical design, methodology of the viable systems of St. Beer, information's technologies. Results: a conclusion is grounded that on modern industrial enterprises the im-provement of the system of decision-making administrative is needed; the problem of design of mechanism of decision-making administrative is formulated on an enterprise; influence of administrative decisions is explored on efficiency of activity of enterprises; existent methodological approaches are analyses to the management and decision-making admin-istrative on an enterprise, that allowed to argue the use of situation ap-proach; approaches are analyses to the design of processes of decision-making administrative on an enterprise; conception of design of situa-tion mechanism of decision-making administrative is offered on an en-terprise; the mechanism of diagnostics of problems situations is devel-oped on an enterprise; the objective model of diagnostics of problems situations is developed; the complex of models of recognition of situa-tions is developed; the models of authentication of situations are devel-oped; the distributed dynamic model of development of situations is built without taking into account administrative influencing; the dynamic model of decision-making administrative is developed; the models of monitoring and adjusting of processes of realization of administrative decisions are developed; approach is offered to estimation of expedience of realization of administrative decisions; the complex ofmodels of co-ordination of administrative decisions is developed on an enterprise; explored and analyses methodological aspects of estimation of quality and efficiency of administrative decisions on an enterprise; the neuro-net model of increase of objectivity of administrative decisions is developed; the model of decision-making administrative is developed taking into account the factor of herd instinct; possibilities of design of reflections procedures are explored in the system of decision-making administrative; the model of estimation of economic efficiency of situation mechanism of decision-making administrative is developed on an enterprise; the method of organization of situations centers is developed on an enter-prise; the informative model of situation mechanism of decision-making administrative is developed on an enterprise; approach is developed to development and introduction of information's technologies of realiza-tion of situation mechanism of decision-making administrative on an enterprise;the example of practical realization of situation mechanism of decision-making administrative is offered on an enterprise. Novelty: First developed: conception of design of situation mechanism of deci-sion-making administrative on an enterprise; models of mechanism of diagnostics of problems situations on an enterprise; objective model of diagnostics of problems situations on an enterprise; complex of models of recognition of situations; model of authentication of situations on an enterprise; distributed dynamic model of development of problems situations on an enterprise without taking into account leading influenc-ing; model of increase of objectivity of administrative decisions on an enterprise; informative model of situation mechanism of decision-making administrative on an enterprise. The method of organization of situations centers is improved on enterprises. Further development was got: dynamic model of decision-making administrative on an enterprise; model of monitoring of process of realization ofadministrative decisions on an enterprise; complex of models of co-ordination of administrative decisions on an enterprise; decision-making model on an enterprise tak-ing into account the factor of herd instinct.
