Object of research: processes of preparation, acceptance and realization of administrative decisions on an industrial enterprise. Purpose of research: research, ground and development of theoretic-methodological bases and conceptual positions of design of situation mechanism of deci-sion-making administrative on an enterprise, and also development of scientifically-practical and methodical facilities of his practical realiza-tion. Methods of research: management by the economic systems, decision-making theory, economic-mathematical design, methodology of the viable systems of St. Beer, information's technologies.
