Kudryavtseva I. Search and study the potential antitumour agents - phosphoric acid derivatives (experimental study)

The dissertation is devoted to search and study of phosphor containing combinations with antitumour action. Ten new molecules with the marked antitumour action are found among phosphorylated methylhydrazides, ureides, pyrimidines and monophosphates. The "structure-action" relation was studied. The first biophosphonate Mebifon combining the properties of biophosphonates with the marked antitumour action presented the following: the antitumour growth inhibition (sarcoma 180, Heren's carcinoma, Luis's pulmonary epidermoid carcinoma, Plis's lymphatic sarcoma, sarcoma M-1, adenocarcinoma of breast - Ca755) > 70.0%. In two last models the effect is > 90%. The drug keeps steady the antitumour effect and is active in neglected stage of tumour growth. The drug showed the marked analgesic action, febrifugal activity, can induce the angiogenesis under the absence of hemopoesis depression. The immunotropic properties of the drug Mebifon were proved, and its ability to influence on the early stages ofthe immunogenesis, on the activity of the immunoregulatory cells, on the "osteoblast-osteclast" system was determined. The Mebifon is certified in Ukraine.
