Dissertation is devoted to the actual scientific problem of determination of psychophisiological bases of prevention of students' desadaptation. The problem is solved from the system approach positions that has allowed to define the character of structurally functional interrelations between various levels of psychophysiological states in students: psychophysiological, psychical and socially-psychological. The risk factors0 for desadaptation in students according to their sex and period of training were found. There were stated three based mechanisms of development of desadaptation, which are characterized by mainly psychophysiological, psychical and socially-psychological manifestations. The experimental method of a complex dynamic estimation of risk factors of desadaptation and character of their changes in students is offered and proved. The use of offered mathematic algorithm allows investigate the normative values, probability of desadaptive manifestation in students and define the risk groups andadaptive "zones". The concept of prevention of students' desadaptation was developed. The system of correction measures which is provided phased entering of proper methods in accordance with psychophysiological, psychical and socially-psychological features of students and strictly profound part of methodical approach was approved.
