Galus O. Pedagogical management of the future teacher's adaptation in the system of stage education

The state of scientific-theoretical elaboration of the problem of pedagogical management of the future teachers' adaptation in the system of stage education is analysed in the article; the main characteristics of the process of adaptation of a personality in the context of professional development at the level of components are exposed. The theoretical model of structure of pedagogical management of the future teachers' adaptation in the system of stage education is theoretically grounded and experimentally tested in the dissertation. The organization-pedagogical system of work of higher educational establishments as for the students' adaptation, which demands purposeful pedagogical management from the side of the subjects of management is developed and experimentally approved. Conformities to the law and principles of pedagogical management of the future teachers' adaptation are determined and conditions of this process are approved : socially-prognostic, pedagogical, psychological, organizational, cast, legal providing, ergonomic, medical, and material-financial.
