Object of research - Technological processes of an air conditioning in maintained controlled complexes - central system of a comfortable air conditioning, refrigerating system manned premises. The purpose of research - Creation of methods of definition and maintenance of energetically effective controlled modes of operations of complexes in view of periodic character of thermal loading, interdependence of their parts during job as multiparametrical, multicoherent elements with variable parameters and maintenance of resulting temperature in manned premises and also development of means of maintenance of modes of operations. Methods of research - Thermal and economic analysis, methods of mathematical modeling, methods of structural and guided programming. The dissertation is devoted to creation of methodology of definition and support of energetically effective controlled modes of operations of complexes in view of periodic character of thermal loading, mutual dependence of their parts during job as multi-parametrical, multicoherent elements with variable parameters and maintenance of resulting temperature in manned premises and also development of means of the control and management of energetically effective modes of operations. In a course of job the methods of definition and means of maintenance energetically effective of controlled modes of operations of complexes on settlement exsergy to the characteristics are devel-oped in view of periodic character of thermal loading at the minimal given expenses and presence of system of restrictions of complexes, that provides technological parameters and normative comfortable conditions in the occupied premises.
