Shcherbak V. Forming, use and development of labor potential in the conditions of structural and innovational changes

Object of research: system social and economic and organizational-legal relations in the course of public repro-duction concerning formation, use and development of labor potential in the conditions of innovative transformations of economy of Ukraine. A research objective: complex research of theoretical-methodological and methodical bases of formation of labor potential according to conditions of innovative model economy reforming, and on this basis working out theoretical, methodical that of a practical substantiation of priority directions of rational use and mainte-nance innovative development of attractor of labor potential on the basis of an estimation possible synergic effect of innovative activity which will assist achievement of a new degree of quality of work according to requirements of the socially-focused economy. Methods: an distracted-logic method; an dialectics-logic method; a method of cluster analysis; a method of the matrix analysis; a method of expert estimations; methods of multidimensional spaces; meth-ods regressive and the factorial analysis; a graphic method. Results, novelty: conceptual bases of management are proved by development of the labor potential, leading which principles in the conditions of innovative transformations of economy get the new maintenance. The methodological approach to an estimation of labor potential taking into account stages of its life cycle is developed. The approach in research of structurally-innovative transformations of economy and regulation of processes of the expanded reproduction of labor potential is developed theoretical-methodological. Neces-sity of application of the bipolar approach to concept definition "quality of work" is proved. The dichotomy of intellec-tual work and an intellectual product is defined.
