Essay

The object of study - an automated fund management rail transport. The purpose of research - development of the vision of synthesis of automated control systems mobile unit rail railways for automated maintenance of the schedule of trains. The methods of study: methods for constructing hierarchical systems for automated control of the organization means rail transport in a systemic approach, and methods of functioning of the organization and dispatch subsystems mid-level hierarchy based on graph models and fuzzy logic methods in the theory of control systems, filtering, optimal control, and adaptation to build a noise- control loops mobile unit rail railways. The scientific result - development and support of the vision systems for automated synthesis of fund management rail railways on the basis of theoretical development and generalization of the models and methods for automated schedule of trains. The practical result - a method developed and complex models that allow to simulate the processes of managing mobile units, taking into account the criterion of efficiency production management actions under uncertainty, which provides a prediction of the parameters of mobile units.
