Object of research: processes of functioning and management by higher educational establishment in the conditions of integration of Ukraine in European educational space. Purpose of research: mathematical design and improvement of control system by higher educational establishment in accordance with eurointegration processes on the basis of introduction of innovative instruments of management, consumers sent to the increase of satisfaction by quality of educational and scientific services and products. Methods of research: approach of the systems, theory of the viable systems, theory of logic analysis and synthesis, methods of formalization and optimization, methods of economical and mathematical modeling theory of construction of the informative systems and systems of support of making decision; methods of project and processing management, methods of financial analysis and management.
