Essay

Theoretical and methodological basis, concept and system of continuous in-service training of educators in the region on the basis of differentiation of learning, are based. The model of raising in-service training of educators in the region on the principals of differentiation, appropriate stage sub-models and problem-solving modular technology of in-service education of different categories of teachers, as the basic one, are developed, theoretically grounded and tested experimentally. The scientific and methodological support of the theoretical foundations of process modelling and person-centered technologies of in-service education; distance learning are realized. Continuity of stages of professional development of teachers in the period between the attestations, is grounded theoretically; a criteria-diagnostic package on the issue of the research is developed.
