Object of research: financials and economical processes and functions which will be realized in the system of management of higher educational establishment. Purpose of research: development of models of the financially-oriented management of Institute of higher, which functions in market conditions economies of Ukraine, providing the reasonable choice of innovations, development of material and technical base, social programs and other directions of activity, which assist an increase and supports of rating and, the same, to the attractiveness for university entrants. Methods of research: principle of the system, methods of gnosiological analysis, approach of the systems, methods of comparative analysis, theory of sets, methods of functional analysis, economical and mathematical modeling and planning, combinatorics methods, methods of the linear programming, statistical methods, methods of expert evaluation, methods of planning of the informative systems.
