Essay

Object of research: strategic imperatives of the human capital of Ukraine. The aim of the thesis is to develop a methodological and scientific-methodological foundations of the strategic imperatives of the human capital of Ukraine. Methods: dialectical knowledge, the method of historical analysis, methods of system analysis and synthesis method for establishing causal relationships, the method of systematic structural analysis, methods of economic-mathematical modeling. Theoretical results: are to improve the theoretical and methodological approaches and justification of scientific and practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of human capital of Ukraine on the basis of the definition of its strategic imperatives of development. Practical results: lies in the fact that the scientific and methodological principles, the conclusions and practical recommendations of the thesis constitute the scientific basis for the strategic development of human capital of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: the first time: a model of strategic management of human capital development of Ukraine proposed a block diagram of the imperatives of human capital, developed the scientific and methodological framework for the assessment of the human capital of micro-economic level, enhanced: a meaningful description of the category of "human capital", the organizational and economic framework of the strategic development of human capital principles of organization of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel; theoretical and methodological approaches to the development of vocational guidance, direction of career guidance in Ukraine through the requirements definition process for reform of professional certainty of human, organizational and economic foundations of strategic human capital development at the regional level, have received further development: the scheme of regional managing vocational training areas through the definition of the concept of formation of the strategic development of the vocational training system, theoretical and methodological framework for ensuring the effectiveness of the acquisition of educational and professional attributes of quality of human capital, scientific and methodological, organizational and economic basis for constructing and implementing a strategy of development of human capital of Ukraine. Degree of implementation: a study in place: at the state level: the State Employment Center of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy at the regional level of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, the Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, at the production level: Concern "Donetskoblagrostroy", JSC "Donetsk Metallurgical Plant"and used in teaching, of Donetsk National University. Scope: inter-industry.
