Essay

First in theory and composition is experimentally grounded and the pharmacological study of chondroprotective antiexsudate, antialterative, antiproliferative, analgesic and antipyretic activity, sharp toxicity and potential ulcerogenic action of compositions of glucosamine hydrochloride with paracetamol in the interval of correlations 1:1 – 8:1, and also compositions of glucosamine hydrochloride with paracetamol and sodium diclofenac in the interval of correlations 25:25:4 – 53:6:4 by comparison to monocomponents is conducted. The influencing of the selected compositions on metabolism of macromolecules of cartilaginous tissue and activating of metabolism of macromolecules of matrix is well-proven with partial renewal of their composition and structure, decline of intensity of inflammatory process. First investigational processes of apoptosis of chondrocytes at steroid osteoarthritis at white rats under act of experimental therapy by compositions of glucosamine hydrochloride, paracetamol and sodium diclofenac, that confirms their expressed antiapoptic activity. Basic principles of modification of glucosamine hydrochloride are formulated of action of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic preparations for the increase of their pharmacological activity and decline of side effects.
