Essay

In dissertation work produced the concept of modeling labor potential in postindustrial economics. The complex of economical-mathematical models contains the model of enterprise workers dynamical rating, the model of workers behavior in rating estimation condition; the model of workers loyalty forming on the base of harmony principals was built. Estimation methods of stimulating impact rating management on the labor potential development were proposed. The classifications of labor potential management methods and rating models, methods of sensitivity and stability of dynamical rating model analysis, indicators system for monitoring of workers individual labor potential were improved.
