Essay

In dissertational research on the basis of the analysis of generalizing approaches to research problems of development of physical culture as complete sociocultural systems. It is shown that noted kinds of activity of people are realized within definitely organized pedagogical process which includes three interdependent components: organizational and pedagogical, natural-science, sociocultural. The social mechanism of the law which ascertains that development of physical culture is caused by a social and economic and political system of society that allowed to allocate the main directions of historical development of physical culture - religious, educational, entertainment is established. It is deduced that integrated function of physical culture of the present has two interdependent sides - social (providing necessary level of public health) and pedagogical (formation of physical culture of person). The essence of social and pedagogical system of physical culture of the present and three stages in its development are allocated on the basis of features of realization of its integrated (improving and educational) function is defined. Features of practical realization of improving and educational function of physical culture of the present are studied. The main approaches to a solution of the problem of formation of person physical culture in pupils of general educational educational institutions are allocated and proved. The system of organizational and pedagogical actions which provides formation of personal physical culture in pupils of seсondary and high school of which the basis is active approach lies is developed.
