Essay

The object of study: the process of social-employment relations. The aim of study: the study of theoretical and methodological principles of development of industrial democracy in the management of social and employment relations. Methods of study: analysis; synthesis; induction; comparison; specification; analogy; statistically-economic; system synthesis. The practical significance of results lays in the fact that the results of scientific researches were brought to the level of practical advice, and can be further used by the executive authorities and parties of social-employment relations in their activities. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was the first time when the concept and the essence of industrial democracy in the management of social-employment relations were defined; the conceptual foundations of industrial democracy in the management system with the achievement of the long-term economic and social stability at the production level were developed; the system of management in assistance of achievement of long-term socio-economic stability through the industrial democracy was suggested. Were implemented: the methodical approaches to the industrial democracy in the management of social-employment relations on production level; the methodical approaches to the performance of the basic functions of development of industrial democracy in the system of market relationships. Further developments have got: the method of exposure of disadvantages in the system of interaction of employers and the personnel; the system of social partnership.
