Essay

The object of study: the process of formation and development of the system of occupational guidance and professional education in Ukraine. The aim of study: theoretical and methodological basis of the development of the system of occupational guidance and professional education in Ukraine on the basis of new educational paradigm. Methods of study: program-budgeting; modeling; historical; competence approach; economical; legislative; social and psychological; analysis. The practical significance of results lays in the fact that the basis positions of the thesis work were used in the practice of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the sphere of science and education; of the Department of Professional Education and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Ukraine. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was the first time when the improvement of management of occupation guidance and professional education are explained by the several key factors of international character was determined; a comprehensive approach to the development of individual educational trajectory of the extension of each of students was suggested. Were implemented: the definition of the "subject oriented instruction" as a way to ensure the equal access to the quality of education; the comprehensive approach to the development and implementation of intelligent Internet-systems in a process of decisions making regarding the career choosing. Further developments have got: theoretical principles regarding the definition of the essence of the concept of "professional identity"; didactic principles on which the selection of the content of the higher education is grounding.
