Murometc N. Imperatives of strategic management labour streams are at the market of labour of Ukraine

The object of the study is to determine the strategic imperatives of management of labor flows in the labor market of Ukraine. The aim is to develop a theoretical-methodological and scientific-methodical bases determining the strategic imperatives of management of labor flows to ensure the rapid adaptation of the labor market of Ukraine to the present state of the country. Methods: knowledge of dialectical, comprehensive, systematic, historical and logical approaches, abstract logic, Economics and Statistics, Economics and Mathematics, system analysis, sociological and expert poll, etc. Theoretical results: composed in the conceptual definition of the theoretical and methodological approaches and systematic justification of scientific and practical recommendations for the definition of the strategic imperatives of management of labor flows in the labor market of Ukraine. The bottom line: consist in the fact that the theoretical and methodological positions, research and practical recommendations and conclusions of the thesis is a scientific foundation for the formation of the strategic management of labor flows in the labor market of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: for the first time: formulated a new direction of scientific research, the essence of which is to develop the theoretical and methodological, organizational and methodological foundations of the integrated management of labor flows in the labor market has developed an integrated approach to the formation of anti-crisis mechanism for strategic management of labor flows in the labor market of Ukraine; proposed theoretical methodological foundations of the study the formation of labor flows in the labor market of Ukraine; improved: the author's definition of "work flow", the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of labor flows, scientific and methodological bases of evaluation for the formation of labor flows, were further developed: a conceptual approach to the management of labor flows in the international the labor market, scientific and methodological approaches to the typology of regions of Ukraine; quantitative assessment tools of labor flows based on the calculation of joint and regional macroeconomic multifactor models of formation of external labor flows, organizational and economic framework of the strategic management of internal labor flows in the national labor market. The degree of implementation: the results of the study introduced into practice the State Employment Center of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, Donetsk Regional Employment Center, the Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Donetsk, Main Statistical Office in Donetsk region, Donetsk Regional Council of Trade Unions; Donetsk City Council; Mariupol City Employment Center; PrJSC "Donetskstal" JSC "Concern Styrene", and are also used in the learning process of Donetsk National University.
