In the thesis the structure and the maintenance of theoretical and methodical bases of management by analytical and expert activity in the sphere of the general secondary education of the region is considered. Research represents methodology of management of integration processes in analytical and expert management, offers practical recommendations about application of appropriate technology, methods of check of its efficiency and productivity on the basis of model of criteria. It is carried out the methodological and theoretical analysis of scientific sources, the importance of a problem of management with integration processes in education is confirmed. The characteristic of formation of educational analytics and examination in historical, conceptual and morphological aspects is given. It is proved that regionalization is an important factor of modernization of education, it found the reflection and at conceptual level.Specifics, place and role of analytical and expert activity in control and estimated aspect is considered. The model of a control system is developed and theoretically proved by analytical and expert activity, is opened factors of its determination, a tendency, regularity and the principles. Efficiency of model on the basis of criteria of an assessment is experimentally proved. Scientific and methodical recommendations for ensuring development of analytical and expert services in the sphere of the general secondary education of the region are offered.
