Essay

The dissertation presents theoretical-methodological substantiation of managing system the formation of professional competence pedagogy undergraduates in high school. Theoretical analysis of the essential characteristics of competence-based approach to training future professionals allowed to define its main features: a combination of personal and activity - orientation in education, focusing on the results of education, which is not only the amount of acquired knowledge, skills and ability to work in a variety of problem professional and social situations. Based on the analysis of research professional competence of teacher of high school is considered as an integral characteristic that reflects its ability to effectively ideological, moral, psychological, theoretical and practical training of future specialists and readiness for professional development in a dynamic change. Analysis of problem elaboration formation of professional competence pedagogy graduate high school in educational theory and practice has shown that training students require significant upgrades at both update the content of training, and the level of organization of the educational process. This makes the relevance of developing modernized mechanisms of management formation of professional competence pedagogy undergraduates in high school. The system analysis of the theoretical foundations of competency based education is done. The content and structure of the professional competence of a high school teacher is defined. Theoretical foundations of formation of professional competence pedagogy undergraduates: conceptual approaches, the laws and principles of its implementation were grounded scientifically. System of competency-based management of vocational training pedagogy undergraduates based on theoretically grounded and tested its model is developed and tested. It is shown that the implementation of the developed model significantly affects the efficiency of future teachers, their satisfaction with the training in higher education for future professional activity, efficiency of management executives in higher education. The scientific and methodological support of competence oriented management professional training pedagogy undergraduates in high school is developed.
