Object: educational process management at a higher educational establishment; aim: to substantiate the theoretical and methodical bases of monitoring of educational process quality at a higher educational establishment and its theoretical model experimental checking; methods: scientific resources analysis, content analysis, generalization, simulation, verification; novelty: for the first time was defined conceptual foundation for the creation of a system of education quality management at a higher educational establishment basing on ideas integration of economic and pedagogical tendency at education management; theoretical and methodical bases of monitoring of educational process quality were defined, that conceptually grounds on the totality of provisions of the systematic, process and competent approaches, and is represented in the form of theoretical model; results: scientific and methodical maintenance for the realization of theoretical model of monitoring of educational process quality was devised; author’s methodology of monitoring procedures; competence model of graduating student as an efficient foundation of educational process quality management; sphere: theory and methodology of education management.
