Essay

Object of study is the anti-crisis strategy personnel policy in achieving decent work in Ukraine. The aim of the thesis is to develop a theoretical and methodological basis for the formation of anti-crisis personnel policy at the present stage of economic development, and on this basis - a holistic scientific concept of crisis management personnel policy in achieving decent work in Ukraine and implementation strategy. Methods: the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, methods of complex analysis and synthesis, formal and dialectical logic, system generalization, classification and analytical and comparative economic and statistical methods as well as methods of questioning and simulation and so on. Theoretical results: consist conceptually addressing strategic security of crisis staff development and system improvement of methodological support for the implementation of anti-crisis strategy of personnel policy in achieving decent work. Practical results: consist in the fact that the theoretical and methodological developments in the formation of anti-crisis strategy for personnel policy in achieving decent work in Ukraine reduced to the level of specific scientific and practical recommendations. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the concept of strategy crisis management personnel policy based on decent work; the integrated anti-crisis strategy of personnel policies; forming multilevel paradigm developed personnel policies based on the principles of decent work; improved: the theoretical and methodological basis for determining functional orientation crisis management personnel policies; conceptual foundations of organizational and functional transformation of personnel policy at the regional level; scientific and methodological tools for measuring decent work; organizational and economic basis for the development of personnel policy by defining the essential features and principles of personnel policy; conceptual foundations of corporate personnel policy in achieving decent work; received further development: conceptual and categorical apparatus of investigation personnel policies; organizational and economic bases of regional development of personnel policies; theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of anti-crisis personnel policy at the macro level; quantitative tools for assessing the anti-crisis strategy of personnel policy.
